Eileen's HK home

曾寄居宋淇於加多利道山景大樓之家,為電國泰／電懋編劇.

林敏怡的曲算是這個1984年版本中最可取之處 (vocal 除外)。

心情低落，以華Dee勵志歌安慰一下。

Authenticity 真確性

The first 3: movie sets depicting a middle-class household in 1950's HK
The last one: movie set depicting streetscape of the same era
Source: Bruce Lee My Brother

If authenticity = truthfulness+credibility, as far as conservation is concerned, then which one (interior or streetscape) do you think is more 'authentic'?

狐蝠 (1977)

a stunning recording of HK Island street scape in 1977.

其實我份工做咩？

兩年多以來的job description:

• compile summary and comments for revitalisation proposals on one of the assessment criteria;
• draft speeches, speaking notes, Line-to-take, Q&A for 'senior' management;
• write-up, translate and edit newsletter;
• procurement of service providers for guided tours, exhibition, events;
• conceive and supervise production of a teaching kit for secondary school teachers;
• draft answers to press enquiry;
• MC-ing for event;
• working on multi-media aspects for projects;
• handle requests (mostly unreasonable ones) by so-called 'stake-holders';
• handle requests (mostly low-b ones) by so-called 'senior' management;
• handle requests (mostly undingable ones) which should have been handled by supervisor;
• assume the ridiculous role of a property owner in search of a management agent;

I know it's typical.

Written on a day of time off, when mood seriously dampened after replying work-related sms.
