If you don't say no, your body will
Heard this from someone who stopped the crazily hectic life when her body protested through several symptoms. Similar things happen to me recently. A flu reveals so much more of what my body is trying to tell me. Glad to have found this little eatery in my neighbourhood just when I needed it most.

looks great food. should have more such restaurant in hk.
but my soul / mind may not have the same pace. i am glad that my body could still cope with the mind. i cannot imagine i need to force myself to follow some life style due to my body condition.
